September 10th

Some heavy showers ad longer spell so frain are beginning to appear. Fortunately the heaviest rain has tended to be overnight, but there have been a couple of bedragged days.

The relatively fine weather continues, despite the odd shower. The bracken turns increasingly golden, and the hours of daylight are shrinking ever faster.
